Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a boat rental or charter with Vanji ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Renter," "Guest," or "Passenger") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by Renter: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund. Passenger can not cancel the trip after the cancellation window.

Cancellations by Vanji: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, renters will receive a full refund

Late Arrivals and No-Shows: The rental period begins at the scheduled time. No refunds or time extensions will be granted for late arrivals or no-shows.

3. Safety, Rules, and Conduct

Captain's Authority: For crewed charters, the Captain holds absolute authority regarding the safe operation of the vessel. The Captain may terminate the charter at any time, without refund, if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or unruly behavior.

Capacity Limits: The maximum number of passengers allowed on board is strictly limited to [Maximum Capacity]. Exceeding this limit is prohibited by law.

Prohibited Items: Illegal drugs, weapons, and [e.g., red wine, spray sunscreen, pets] are strictly prohibited on board.

Intoxication: Passengers who arrive noticeably intoxicated will be denied boarding without a refund. The crew reserves the right to cut off alcohol consumption to ensure passenger safety.

4. Renter Responsibilities and Liability

Vessel Damage: The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the boat, equipment, or furnishings caused by the Renter or their guests during the booking period.

Personal Belongings: Vanji is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items brought on board.

Assumption of Risk: Water activities involve inherent risks. By boarding the vessel, all guests agree to assume all risks associated with boating, swimming, and related activities, and release Vanji from any liability for personal injury or death.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
